MUMBAI: In support of the Government of India’s Digital India initiative, Teamglobal (a new age international logistics service provider) has nominated 2017 as the “Year of Digital” and is taking steps to implement various digital initiatives throughout the year for the benefit of the esteemed customers.

Teamglobal has always been a pioneer in launching innovative logistics service offerings and recently launched the digital offering called TIVA (Teamglobal Interactive Virtual Assistant). Teamglobal is the first player in the industry to offer customer service using Chatbot Technology. TIVA has been conceptualized to provide self-service ability to track HBLs, Shipping Bills, HAWB and Container details using popular Social Media applications. These popular apps are already present in most smartphones and it will not be necessary for a separate mobile app to be downloaded. Besides Track & Trace, TIVA also provides Sailing Schedule and Agent details information.

TIVA interacts with all customers who send a mail request to register their mobile phone for this service. The management of Teamglobal when contacted stated that this is an industry first and is just a tip of the iceberg & Teamglobal has many more such innovative solutions in the pipeline.

Teamglobal has also introduced a  web based  Electronic Document Printing Facility which allows the registered customers, subject to certain terms and conditions, to print Bills of Lading (e-BL), Delivery Orders (e-DO) directly in their office.  By availing this facility, Customers have a significant saving on time and cost and are in turn able to provide better service to their customers.

At Teamglobal, the customer needs play a vital role in shaping the Digital strategy and Teamglobal will continue to engage them & solicit their feedback / suggestions to provide an enriched customer experience thereby making Teamglobal the go-to company for all their logistics needs.
