Shreyas Shipping & Logistics signs MoA to acquire one Multipurpose vessel

MUMBAI: Shreyas Shipping & Logistics has recently informed that the company has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for acquisition of one Multi Purpose Vessel of about 1100 TEUs. The delivery of vessel is expected in first week of September 2017 according to the Company’s BSE filing.

Shreyas Shipping & Logistics is a part of Transworld Group of Companies, which was established in 1977 by Mr. R. Sivaswamy.
