AICTPL conducts Pooja at the AICTPL Extension, Mundra

AHMEDABAD: Adani International Container Terminal Private Ltd. (AICTPL) conducted a Pooja at the AICTPL Extension, Mundra on 19th September 2017. This new facility has a Quay length of 650meters and water depth of 17meters. It is also equipped with 6 nos of QC’s, 18 RTG cranes and 5653 TGS (Twenty-foot Ground Slots). This expansion positions Mundra as the major transhipment hub in the Country providing congestion free and cost effective solution.

The first container vessel at AICTPL extension was berthed on 22nd September 2017 at 13:30 hours. Container ship SSL KUTCH was alongside the berth for 18 hours and sailed safely on 23 rd September at  09:00 hours after exchanging 1300TEUs, clocking a GCR of 24.35mph. This was a testimony of the parent company Adani’s values of Courage, Trust and Commitment.

The responsibility primarily entrusted to the newly recruited MTs and GETs, along with the existing team, was well carried out with a positive support from the entire APSEZ team.
