URAN: Global trade enabler DP World operated Nhava Sheva International Container Terminal donated an ambulance to the Uran Muncipal Council. This ambulance will reach out to more than 15 villages in Uran. It is introduced to improve access to healthcare services, which will benefit approximately 10,000 lives.
The ambulance was donated in the presence of Ms. Saylee Mhatre, Corporator, Uran and Capt. Ravinder Johal, CEO, DP World Nhava Sheva along with the terminal employees.
Along with the ambulance donation, DP World Nhava Sheva is also conducting various health camps from March 26 to March 29 in Panje, Dongri, Hanuman Koliwada and Phunde villages of Uran. These camps will benefit the local communities from medical treatment like general health checkup, blood sugar test and bone density check.
