Recently, Shri Abhishek Goyal has joined the Board of Company. Abhishek holds a Masters Degree in Banking and Finance from University of Wales(UK). He aspires to leverage the role of technology in enhancing the customer experience at BLR to the next level.
He says, “We are working towards making all our trips, whether done by own or market trucks, GPS enabled so that clients can know real time location of their trips on our web-site. We have rolled out this technology on trial basis and have found satisfactory results.” He further adds, “we are also rolling out a mobile app for our clients that will provide a platform for the clients to post their requirements, get updated about the truck engagements done for them and track their shipments on real time basis”.
Commenting on the growth outlook of the company going forward, Shri Ashok Goyal says, “BLR has a vision to be a 500 cr company in the next 2 years. I am confident that the technological advancements will enable us to provide better customer service and will be a strong enabler to meet our vision.”
