It also offers services in freight forwarding domain including all pre-shipment activities like Export Inspection, Excise Inspection, Container Survey, Cargo Pickup and Cargo Stuffing etc.
TTSL represent the world’s 5th largest consolidators network named “CP World” in alliance with “I Cargo Alliance.” Mr Makarand Pradhan, is also Chairman of I Cargo Alliance and C P World Group which gives TTSL access to 180+ agents connecting 1100 locations in all the countries globally that include key trading partners of India such as Gulf states as well as rapidly growing export-import hubs such as S.E. Asia, Europe, N & S. America.
TTSL has good market share of India’s LCL segment and the company is one of the market leader in cargo consolidation. It employs around 280 employees. It has a diversified client base which includes leading corporates clients as well as over 1000 smaller clients. It has an alliance with more the 500 CHA’s. With TTSL’s buying capacity and controlled business, company is the preferred partner to all the leading carriers.
The company reported a healthy top line of over Rs. 210 crores of revenues with PAT of Rs. 5.78 cr during the last fiscal year. With asset light model and debt largely in the form of working capital finance, the ROCE and RONW stood very high at 48% and 41% respectively.
Infact the promoters of the company, Mr. Sanjiv Potnis, is also the Chairman of Bombay Overseas Freight Brokers Association (BOFBA) while Mr. Makarand Pradhan is the Chairman of Consolidators Association of India (CAI).
